01What we NEVER touch
Prices, stock, variants, photos and publication status. SEONube's writes only contain content and SEO fields — a technical barrier in the code, not a policy.
02What we do NOT store
We keep no data about your end customers, no sales, no financial information. We do not request it in permissions and it never reaches our servers.
03What we do store
Your catalog (to audit it), generated suggestions, the change history with previous states (to revert), your tracked keywords and positions, and competitor snapshots. Access tokens are stored encrypted.
04Everything logged and reversible
Every applied change saves a snapshot of the previous state. History shows what changed, when, and the result — and any change reverts in one click, free.
05Uninstall = full deletion
When you uninstall from Tiendanube, we receive the official notification and delete ALL your store data, in compliance with platform privacy policies (LGPD included). Reinstalling starts from zero.
