Quick solutions to the most common questions.

01My products are not showing

If you just connected, the import is running: the screen refreshes itself and the first products appear within seconds, the full catalog in 1-3 minutes. If still empty after 10 minutes, disconnect and reconnect the store from Settings.

02I did not get the confirmation email

Check spam and promotions; the sender is noreply@seonube.com.ar. If missing, try signing up again to resend, and add our sender to your contacts.

03My keywords say "no data yet"

Three causes: (1) Search Console must be connected, (2) Google publishes ~2 days late — wait a day, (3) nobody searched that exact term in 28 days, which is information in itself. Suggested keywords (chips) are guaranteed to have data.

04I applied a change and regret it

Open the product, find the change in History and tap "Revert". The previous state is restored exactly and costs no credits.

05The comparator cannot read my competitor

Some sites block automated analysis. Try another URL from the same competitor or remove and re-add them in tracking. If it persists, that site is shielded — we still monitor their homepage.

06I want to move my store to another account

Disconnect the store from the current account (Settings → Disconnect) and connect it from the new one. A disconnected store is free to be claimed.

07None of this solves my case
