What we send, when, and how to control each email type.
01The weekly digest
Every Monday you receive "Your SEO week": average score with its weekly change, keywords that moved up and down, Google clicks with trend, pending critical products and your credit balance.
02Ranking alerts
Only when something happens: sharp drops (3+ positions or leaving the top 10) and wins (entering the top 10 or top 3). At most one email per day, grouped, never repeating within 7 days.
03Credit notices
We email when your balance drops below 5 credits (at most every 14 days) and when credits expire within a week (at most weekly).
04Account emails
Signup confirmation, the welcome email, the "your audit is ready" notice after the first import, and purchase receipts. These are transactional.
05How to control them
Settings has independent toggles for the weekly digest and ranking alerts. All our emails come from noreply@seonube.com.ar. To reach a human: hola@seonube.com.ar.
