What is free, what consumes credits, expirations and payment methods.
01The golden rule
Looking is free; writing to your store costs 1 credit. Free and unlimited: the full audit, AI suggestions, rank tracking, the technical audit, internal links, competitors and all reports. Only APPLYING a change costs 1 credit (and reverting is free).
02Welcome credits
Every new account starts with 5 free credits — enough to optimize your first products and see real results before deciding anything.
03Packs vs plans
Packs are one-time credit purchases (valid for 12 months). Monthly plans include credits every month at a better per-credit price and renew automatically. Plan credits expire with the cycle: we email you when they are about to expire.
04How credits are spent
Credits closest to expiring are always spent first. Your live balance shows at the top of the dashboard, with full detail in "Plans & credits".
05Payment methods
In Argentina: Mercado Pago. International card payments are being enabled for other countries. Purchases are credited automatically once payment confirms.
06Automatic notices
We email you when your balance drops below 5 credits and when credits expire within 7 days — at most one notice per week, no spam.
