Credits and plans
How the credit system works, what each action costs and when credits expire.
The simple rule
Generating and previewing with AI is FREE and unlimited. Applying a change to your store uses credits: 1 credit per product, category or image set; 5 credits per full blog article. The cost is always visible on the button before executing.
If something fails, you are not charged
Credits are deducted only when the change was applied successfully. Re-applying the same suggestion doesn’t charge again.
Expiration
Monthly plan credits expire at the end of each cycle. Pack and bonus credits last 12 months. When spending, the soonest-to-expire credits are used first. In "Plans & credits" you can see each batch with its date.
Buying more
You can upgrade your plan or buy extra packs (requires an active paid plan). Payments are processed through Mercado Pago.
