How the official link works, what permissions we request, and how to reconnect.
01Official OAuth 2 connection
Linking uses the official Tiendanube flow: you authorize on their screen (we never see your password) and return to SEONube connected. The access token is stored encrypted.
02What permissions we request and why
Read access to products, categories, pages and content (to audit), and write access ONLY to content and SEO fields (to apply what you approve). We do not request access to sales, orders, customers or payment data.
03One store, one account
Each store can be connected to a single SEONube account at a time. If a store is already active in another account, we block the connection and tell you. A disconnected store can be claimed by a new account.
04Disconnect and reconnect
From Settings you can disconnect anytime: nothing is deleted, and on reconnect the catalog is re-imported clean. If you see authorization errors, "Reconnect" issues a fresh token without losing history.
05Uninstalling from Tiendanube
If you uninstall the app from your Tiendanube admin, the token becomes invalid instantly and we delete ALL your store data from our servers. Reinstalling starts from scratch.
