The service
SEONube is an SEO optimization tool for Tiendanube/Nuvemshop stores. It audits your catalog, generates AI suggestions and, with your approval, applies them to your store. The service is provided "as is" and is continuously improved.
Your account and your store
You are responsible for keeping your account confidential. Each store can be connected to only one SEONube account. By connecting your store you authorize us to read and modify only SEO fields through the platform’s official API.
Safe mode
SEONube never modifies prices, stock, variants or the publication status of your products. This restriction is implemented as a technical barrier in the system.
Credits and payments
Actions that modify your store consume credits as shown on each screen before executing. Monthly plan credits expire at the end of each cycle; pack credits expire after 12 months. Subscriptions are managed through Mercado Pago and can be cancelled anytime; credits already granted are not lost upon cancellation. Payments are non-refundable except for billing errors.
AI-generated content
Suggestions are generated with artificial intelligence and must be reviewed before applying: you are ultimately responsible for the content published on your store. SEONube provides a revert function for every applied change.
Limitation of liability
SEONube does not guarantee specific search rankings (no honest tool can). We are not responsible for third-party API changes (Tiendanube, Google, Mercado Pago) that affect features, though we work to adapt quickly.

We may update these terms; relevant changes will be communicated in the app.
