What data we collect

For SEONube to work we need: your email and (encrypted) password when you create an account; the store data that the platform (Tiendanube/Nuvemshop) shares when you connect it through its official authorization flow (store name, domain, products, categories, pages and images); and the log of actions you perform in SEONube (optimizations, credits used, change history).

If you connect Google Search Console, we access your site’s search metrics (clicks, impressions, positions) in READ-ONLY mode. We can never modify anything in your Google account.

How we use it

Exclusively to provide the service: auditing your catalog, generating AI SEO suggestions, applying the changes you approve, and showing activity reports. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.

Artificial intelligence

SEO suggestions are generated by sending product data (names, descriptions, categories) to AI providers (Anthropic). We never send your customers’ personal data or sales information.

Payments

Payments are processed through Mercado Pago. SEONube does not store card numbers or financial data: we only receive the payment confirmation to credit your account.

Cookies

We only use essential cookies to keep you signed in. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

Security & retention

Your store access tokens are stored securely and used only for operations you initiate. You can disconnect your store or Google account anytime from Settings, and request deletion of your account and all data by contacting us.
